Představení letošního line-upu máme za sebou, až na jednu kapelu! A tou jsou, pozor, chvilka napětí… …a ještě chvilka… …áno – FLESHLESS! Kdo z vás by si uměl NTEY představit bez jejich účasti, že ano?! Takže jo, i letos bude kapela našeho šéfa, ředitele a dirigenta v jednom. Před pár dny nahráli ve studiu Shaark nové Ep Voluntary Lobotomy, tak se necháme překvapit, zda bude do NTEY venku ve fyzické podobě! A pozor! Původně měli hrát Fleshless v sobotu, díky výměně headlinera za Convulse ale hrají už ve čtvrtek, takže proběhlé změny v harmonogramu festu zkoukněte, ať pak nebrečíte, že jste přišli o něco, co jste chtěli vidět! / We’ve finished introducing this year’s line-up, except for one band! And that’s it, beware, a moment of tension… …and another moment… …yes – FLESHLESS! Who among you could imagine NTEY without their participation, right?! So yes, this year too, the band of our boss, director and conductor in one will be. A few days ago, they recorded a new EP Voluntary Lobotomy at Shaark studio, so we’ll be surprised whether it will be released in physical form at NTEY! And beware! Fleshless were originally supposed to play on Saturday, but thanks to the headliner being replaced by Convulse, they’re playing on Thursday, so check out the changes to the fest schedule so you don’t cry that you missed something you wanted to see!

A brutal death metal ještě jednou! Tentokrát s touhle smečkou z New Yorku, která vás svým masakrem nakrájí na tak malé kousíčky, že by vás nedali dohromady ani Mack Mac Taylor a Stella Bonasera z Kriminálky New York. Takhle kapela upadla na konci devadesátek do hibernace a probudila se až v druhém desetiletí nového tisíciletí, ale s o to větší silou! Zatím poslední EP Extreme Torture z roku 2023 mi dává zapravdu! IMMORTAL SUFFERING! / And brutal death metal once again! This time with this pack from New York, who will cut you into such small pieces with their massacre that even Mack Mac Taylor and Stella Bonasera from CSI: NY would not put you back together. This is how the band fell into hibernation at the end of the nineties and woke up only in the second decade of the new millennium, but with even greater strength! So far, the latest EP Extreme Torture from 2023 proves me right! IMMORTAL SUFFERING!

A ještě jednou brutal / slam death metal mašinerie, tentokrát z Belgie! Tahle kapela má na kontě už tři dlouhohrající alba, to poslední, pojmenováno jednoduše Death, vyšlo loni u Amputated Vein Records. KLYSMA! / And once again brutal / slam death metal machinery, this time from Belgium! This band has already released three full-length albums, the latest one, simply titled Death, was released last year on Amputated Vein Records. KLYSMA!

NOVÝ / NEW HEADLINER – CONVULSE!!!

Tento ročník nás s obsazením headlinera opravdu provází smůla. Nejprve původní headliner Opprobrium zrušili celé evropské tour a teď jsme byli nuceni z důvodu absolutní nespolupráce s promotérem (těžko zařizovat gig kapele, jejíž promotér vytrvale mlčí) zrušit i účast Hellwitch. Sehnat v takto šibeničním termínu nějaku adekvátní náhradu byl vskutku nadlidský výkon, ale povedlo se! Máte rádi hutný, plazivý a pořádně prohnilý death metal a kapely jako Demigod, Incantation, Demilich nebo Abhorrence? Tak to si pošmáknete! Tou náhradou a headlinerem letošního NTEY Deathfestu se totiž stává finská old school death metal bruska CONVULSE! Pamětnkům a death metal fanatikům asi nemusíme představovat, ne? Kapela, která s přestávkami působí od roku 1990 a krom ryzího death metalu v minulosti koketovala také s death’n’rollem a progresem a má na kontě legendární alba World without God nebo Evil Prevails! / This year we have been really unlucky with the headliner of the fest. The original headliner Opprobrium cancelled their entire European tour and now we have been forced to cancel Hellwitch gig due to absolute non-cooperation with the promoter (it’s hard to arrange a concert for a band whose participation the promoter persistently keeps silent about) as well. Finding a suitable replacement in such a tight timeframe was truly a superhuman feat, but we managed it! Do you like dense, creepy and really rotten death metal and bands like Demigod, Incantation, Demilich or Abhorrence? Then you’ll love it! The replacement and headliner of this year’s NTEY Deathfest is the Finnish old school death metal crushing combo CONVULSE! They probably don’t need any introduction to the fans and death metal fanatics, do they? The band, which has been active on and off since 1990, and in addition to pure death metal, has also flirted with death’n’roll and progressive metal in the past, and has the legendary albums World without God and Evil Prevails!
